Sending gifts to more than one address?
Please place a separate order for each shipping address. Several books going to the same person can be purchased together.
Hoping for a holiday arrival?
Please contact me before purchasing if you need a particular arrival date. Signing, preparation, and postal delivery all take time; an arrival date is not guaranteed.
How does shipping work?
U.S. standard shipping and handling is $6 for the first book, plus $1 for each additional book to the same address. Checkout currently supports U.S. standard shipping only. Please contact me about international or expedited delivery before purchasing.
